Staying at Chipeta Solar Springs was a delightful experience overall. The breathtaking views from the hot tubs and private decks truly made our stay special. Although we faced some hiccups with room comfort and dining, the beautiful amenities and relaxing atmosphere still made it worthwhile. The staff was incredibly welcoming, which added a nice touch to our time there.

My stay at Chipeta Sun Lodge had some highs and lows. The condos were quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness and condition, and I didn't get the relaxing experience I hoped for. However, the surrounding area is stunning, particularly in winter with beautiful snow-covered mountains. While the restaurant offered decent food, the prices felt inflated for what we received.

The condo we stayed in was unfortunately not up to par, with a dirty tub, broken steam shower, and worn-out furniture. It lacked the charm I was expecting compared to my previous visit.

Our stay at the resort was quite enjoyable, highlighted by lovely mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hot mineral pool was a real treat, although some details like room maintenance and check-out issues left a bit to be desired. The breakfast was delicious, and staff were generally attentive, though some seemed a little stretched. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway, but be cautious with billing during check-out.

While I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the quality of the massage services, I found the room's sound insulation lacking and the breakfast offerings could use some improvement. Overall, it was a memorable getaway, despite a few downsides.

However, the customer service experience was inconsistent, and some guests faced challenges with room comfort and privacy. Overall, it seems like a great place for a getaway but may not meet everyone's expectations.
